She received her teacher training and certification from Awaken Pilates in Minneapolis.
Why Mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates provides a low-impact workout for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and health backgrounds. Whether you’re an athlete, yogi, dancer, pilates enthusiast, sit at a desk most of the day, are eager to find more ways to age gracefully, or just want to try mat pilates, classes will help strengthen your core (abs, glutes, back, pelvis, hips, spine), smooth joint functionality and ease of movement, and so much more.
Let's do it!
"I took my first EVER pilates lesson with Camille on Saturday, it was great. She's so patient and understanding with a new to pilates student, and the one on one instruction is SO helpful. I'm going back and encouraging my friends to join me!"--Melisa S.
